Sarah Salk is a Senior Vice Present, Chief of Staff and D&I Officer leading the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of San Francisco. She joined the Bank in 2015, and currently is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the Bank’s diversity and inclusions programs across workforce, supplier, financial transactions and employee engagement groups.
Dee McDougal is Senior Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion at Pacific Western Bank, a national provider of commercial banking services to startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and their investors. Dee directs Pacific Western Bank’s corporate diversity and inclusion strategy, where she focuses on creating innovative, sustainable plans and programs that promote diversity and inclusion across the bank’s stakeholder groups.
Heather Ames is the Director of Human Resources, Senior Vice President and Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Montecito Bank & Trust, a community Bank on the Central Coast of California. She has over 17 years of extensive HR experience in the medical and financial services industries. She serves on the Bank’s senior leadership team supporting the Board of Directors and Executive Committee in meeting the Strategic Objectives of the organization. She also manages the Organizational Learning Department and leads the talent and leadership development at the Bank.
Cyndie Chang litigates complex business, class action, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. She was selected in 2018 as one of the “Most Influential Minority Lawyers” and
Michele Andujo Gil is the Managing Partner of Chrisman & Company, a Los Angeles based retained executive search firm focused on servicing the financial services industry. The firm conducts searches for C-level executives, senior management and Board of Directors. She has more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience with a particular focus on board of director, retail/consumer banking, private banking/wealth management, human resources, and marketing searches.
Carlton Jenkins is President of the financial services division at MJC Partners. In his capacity as President, he provides oversight and ongoing strategic direction to a team of professionals focused on providing the highest level of service, best in class execution and industry knowledge to the firm’s financial services clients.
In her 18-year career, Mrs. Martinich has gained extensive knowledge and experience in performing complex financial modeling such as asset liability management, funds transfer pricing, and profitability and risk management. Mrs. Martinich was a member of the organizing management team for American Riviera Bank and has served as the CFO since the Bank’s inception in 2006. As of June 1, 2018, Mrs. Martinich serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
Michael Wilson is president and chief executive officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, a position he has held since 2016. Mike began his association with the FHLB System in 1992.

The Pajama Program believes every child, no matter their circumstances, has the inherent right to a loving good night, complete with the comforting bedtime ritual of changing into pajamas and enjoying a story. After all, good nights are good days! WBA will be accepting donations of new pajamas and books for infants, children, and teens during the conference. A representative from the Pajama Program’s Southern California chapter will join us during the conference lunch to accept your generous donations.
We will be collecting pajamas and books for the children at the conference. The pajamas and/or books should be new and appropriate for newborns to youth/juniors (ages 0-16).
